1.Two types: 2D and 3D.

2.Supports many languages. Not yours? Add it via an XML file!

3.Skin-able. You can also create your own skins (and even borrow images from other skins)!

4.Can be started with windows.

5.Size of icons: 32×32 to 100×100 pixels

6.Configurable zoom of icons when mouse hovers over them: 32×32 to 100×100 pixels.

7.Configurable number of zoomed icons.

8.Has built in stacks. Four modes are available: fan, grid, list and it’s unique gallery mode!

9.Selectable animation for stacks.

10.Configurable number of icons in fan stacks: 4 to 30.

11.Configurable number of icons in grid stacks: 1 to 200.

12.Configurable spacing between icons and their reflections: -5 to +5 pixels.

13.Configurable spacing between icon and bottom of dock.

14.Configurable opacity and blur of reflections.

15.Configurable panel opacity: 0 to 100%

16.Configurable panel hiding time: 0 to 3600 seconds

17.Configurable space between panel and screen border: 0 to 100 pixels

18.Configurable space between icons: 0 to 10 pixels.

19.Shows indicators of running applications.

20.Option to hide stacks when losing focus.

21.Option to minimize windows into dock. Supports 2 effects: Default and Genie. Configurable minimization speed.

22.Folder monitoring. Configurable for reacting to events such as: Added, Removed, Modified and Renamed files.

23.Option to remain always on top.

24.Configurable size of icons in stacks: 24 to 150 pixels.

25.Option to show icon shadow, and to define opacity and blur of the shadow.

26.Option to show dock on mouseover.

27.Two options for what to do when an icon is dragged out of the dock: create shortcut or removal.

You can download this new version here, and get support here. It looks like there are some issues using skins made for past versions, so you might need to make some revisions to get yours working with this new version.
